In 2014, Julie and Greg began Classic Crust Mobile Catering with a fabricated 1946 Chevy outfitted with a Mugnaini all wood-fired oven and 3 beers taps; catering birthday parties, barn weddings, and everything in between. Catering events with a very unique Chevy truck serving up gourmet pizza is such a success that expanding the Classic Crust mobile brand to a Pizza Bar in Clifton Park made perfect sense.
